Hotel Equipment Suppliers (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information it processes through website enquiries and its business operations. Privacy requests may be sent to enquiry@hotelequip.co.za.
HES may process contact, organisation, project, product-interest and message information voluntarily sent to respond, prepare or administer quotations, manage business relationships, maintain required records, prevent misuse and comply with law. The enquiry form prepares an email in the user’s own email application.
Information is processed where consent has been given, where necessary to take requested steps before or under a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, or for a legitimate business purpose that does not unjustifiably override the data subject’s rights. Without necessary details, HES may be unable to respond meaningfully.
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with authorised personnel, professional advisers, hosting and communications providers, or suppliers and logistics partners involved in an enquiry or transaction. Lawful POPIA safeguards will be applied to processing outside South Africa. HES does not sell personal information.

This public information website does not request a child’s personal information or activate live SchoolRide-RSA journeys. Any future operational service involving children requires a separate privacy notice, lawful authority or competent-person consent, access controls, retention rules and safeguarding approval before collection begins.
HES does not intentionally deploy advertising or analytics cookies on this site as at the effective date. Hosting and security infrastructure may process essential technical logs, device or network identifiers and request data to serve, secure and diagnose the website.
Subject to POPIA and other applicable law, a data subject may request access or correction, object to certain processing, request deletion where legally available, or raise a complaint. HES may verify identity and retain information where lawfully required. Complaints may also be submitted to the South African Information Regulator.
